Reach a person

Three doors, and you pick. Nobody will reach out about any of them unless you want that.

01 · I'm looking for capital and want genuine choices

Start a request for funding options

Tell us the number and the situation. A funding specialist goes through your statements just as an underwriter would, then returns either with options in plain numbers (amount, total payback, daily or weekly amount, APR-equivalent) or with an honest 'not yet' plus what would change it.

02 · I want to get clear of what I already owe

Talk through consolidation or a restructure

When you're carrying more than one position or the daily load is too much, a consolidation conversation with partners in our network can set one longer agreement against what you pay now, side by side, with total payback included. Sometimes it won't help, and we'll tell you that as well.

PlainlyWhat it is: a new agreement, set up by a partner in our network and priced the way an advance is, that replaces or covers your current ones. The daily amount usually goes down, while the total you repay goes up. If that partner funds it, the partner pays us.

03 · I just have a question

Ask the desk

There's no form to complete and nothing to upload. Tell us what's happening, and within one business day a person will reply with a straight answer or a link to the page you need.

When we are not the right call

If a lawsuit, a judgment or a UCC notice has reached you, get an attorney involved this week. If a bank or credit union can give you a yes in the time you have, go with it. When no payment level would keep the business viable, a nonprofit business counselor or a restructuring attorney can help more than any funder can, ours included.

03 · Ask the desk

Write what is going on.

A few lines is enough. You'll hear from a person within one business day, either with a straight answer or a link to the page you need.
